We are looking for a Technical Project Manager SBFUT vehicle X25 for an authority within traffic.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

Technical Project Manager for the vehicle part within an ongoing rail vehicle project. The role involves leading and monitoring the technical part of the project, including responsibility for team staffing, requirement tracking, and coordination with suppliers and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and follow up on the work within the technical part of the project according to the overall project plan.

Monitor and ensure that the agreed technical specifications are realized.

Be responsible for ensuring that the project's technical team is adequately and suitably staffed at all times.

Report the project's technical status to the project manager and, if necessary, prepare technical decision support documents.

Communicate and actively collaborate with the project's stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, to ensure a successful outcome.

Ensure that the project's technical team follows applicable working methods, routines, and processes.

Lead technical meetings internally and with suppliers.

Lead the follow-up of technical requirements.

Lead design reviews.

Lead technical investigations.

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.

At least 9 years of documented experience as a responsible technical project manager within rail vehicles or similar industry with international suppliers and/or clients.

At least 5 years of documented experience as a responsible technical project manager for delivery projects within rail vehicles primarily in the delivery phase (from design to commissioning).

Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 years of documented experience as a responsible technical project manager on the client side for delivery projects within rail vehicles primarily in the delivery phase (from design to commissioning).

At least 5 years of documented experience in managing and tracking technical requirements.

Documented experience of having been responsible for at least 3 multidisciplinary technical investigations within rail vehicles.
